Confianza y privacidad

Trust & privacy

GLIA — AI advisor for doing business in Mexico · Updated September 4, 2026 · Privacy notice · Pilot terms

This page states verifiable facts about how GLIA is built and operated. It does not list certifications: GLIA is a pilot run by an individual and holds none. Saying so is part of what this page promises. The Spanish version governs.

1. What is kept from a query, and for how long

WhatHow long
The text of your queries and of the answers90 days; then deleted, leaving only dissociated metrics
Files you attachHeld in memory during the query; not archived
Finished answers (recovery copy)7 days, to retrieve them if the connection drops or you switch device
Your votes and comments on the toolFor as long as the service exists — they are the basis of its improvement. You may ask for them to be deleted
Technical metrics (time, steps, cost, pseudonym)No expiry; the pseudonym is not reversible

“Do not save this query”, below the text box, removes the text from every row above: only anonymous metrics remain. If the matter carries client information under professional privilege, that checkbox is the answer.

2. Who can get in

3. How the server is locked down

The following was verified on 3 September 2026 against the production machine, not against documentation:

4. How answers are checked

5. What GLIA does not do

6. Responsible party and contact

Carlos Elbert Estrada Guerra, an individual, Fuente de San Pedro 38, postal code 77712, Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Mexico · contacto@mielina.ai. Binding documents: pilot terms and privacy notice, which governs in matters of personal data.

If you find a security problem, write to contacto@mielina.ai before disclosing it: you will get an answer, a fix, and an account of what was done.

GLIA — supporting analysis; not a substitute for the professional advice each matter requires.
